Social media fashionistas have come for Aisha Buhari again as she makes a public appearance following her controversial interview on BBC Hausa Service.

Aisha Buhari has gradually been tagged as a woman who has flair for articles of ostentation by social media users who have been constantly on her trail.

 

Over time, reporters versed in fashion have 'exposed' the mind-boggling prices of watches, bags and this time around her gown as worn when she was jetting out to Brussels, Belgium for an international conference regarding the role of women in the world.

 

She has been purported to have won a Salvatore Ferragamo - Multicolored Zig Zag Cape outfit which costs a whooping sum of $2,600 which when converted to the Nigerian local currency is in the region of N1,170,000.

 

 

 

This according to her critics is coming during a period of scathing economic recession in the country and also negates the modest image of her husband - President Muhammadu Buhari as painted by the All Progressives Congress during the 2015 presidential election.

 

As usual, the Aisha Buhari's camp has refused to respond to the domestic issue trending on social media.
