Buhari inaugurates boards of NNPC, two others
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday inaugurated the governing boards of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, and two other parastatals of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
Other parastatals, whose board was also sworn in, are the Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board and the Nigeria Nuclear Regulatory Authority. All the boards have the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, as their chairman.
Buhari, who noted that the task before members of the boards are enormous, charged them to live up to their respective responsibilities.
Speaking on behalf of others, Kachikwu promised that they will work hard to justify the confidence reposed on them.
