President Muhammadu Buhari's newly appointed Director General of Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation, Mr. Folorunsho Coker caught on tape enjoying his cigar.

Mr. Buhari, late Friday announced Mr. Coker as the new DG in a massive cabinet appointment.
